Day 26

Day 26 - Feelings & Such

I'm so proud of myself! I got a lot accomplished: laundry, cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and even while we had an extra little friend with us today! The boys had a friend come over, and we're even going to have a sleepover :) Felt good, and I decided to not take my shot, since the protocol says not to. We shall see by tomorrow's weigh in whether that theory stands true with me.



Day 26 Diet - 500 Calories

Needed a quick meal, so I decided to cook up some fish 'n chips :) Skillet tilapia, cucumber chips, bread stick, and a few strawberries left over from the day before. A light lunch, that hit the spot.




Since I had to eat late again, I decided to just go with a garlic hamburger steak, sliced tomato seasoned with a tad of salt & pepper, toast, and a sliced green apple for desert. Absolutely LOVE fresh tomato! Everything was delicious, down to the surprisingly sweet green apple :)

Weight loss from 25 = .6 pounds
