Day 38 - Feelings & Such
Happy, and clear minded. What more could I ask for? Other than a cheeseburger.. lol. :)
Day 38 Diet - 500 Calories
For lunch I decided to be creative {err.. brave}, and cooked asparagus and shrimp together. And it actually tasted better than it looked. Despite stumping my toe on the salt just a tad.
I needed another quick dinner, since we didn't get home from a family grocery shopping trip until 8 p.m. So, I decided to make a hamburger salad, with wilted Romaine lettuce. Crumbled toast "croutons", and awesome fresh strawberries topped it off just right! Very yummy, and I love the wilted lettuce :)
Weight loss from Day 37 = 1 pound
