Day 45 - Feelings & Such
Stress levels are down, and I have a better outlook on things today. Glad for a break in the clouds :) Wasn't really hungry most of the day, but I forced myself to eat. Definitely looking forward to the weekend!
Day 45 Diet - 500 Calories
Friday's "bank day", so I decided to make myself eat a grape tomato/apple snack before leaving the house to run my errands. Nutritious, and delicious :)
I was beginning to get a little hungry at dinner, so I made a hamburger steak, and topped it with a little spicy brown mustard. Plus I added a slice of tomato to it, for a mock burger. Then I quartered the remaining tomato, and sprinkled with salt & pepper. An orange on the side, and a piece of toast to round it off. Sooo GOOD!!
