For lunch, I cooked mini meatballs in 1/4 cup of tomato sauce. Delicious :) No fruit, and a breadstick on the side.
For dinner, I tried to think outside the box. So, I went old school and tried to make a tuna patty, like the salmon patties I so dearly love. But hCG safe, of course. It actually turned out really well, even though it wasn't the same as the fried-goodness I used to make. I used my breadstick and 1/2 tbs of milk in my tuna mixture, and had cabbage and a tangelo on the side. Great meal :)
