I made another batch of chili this morning, so I decided to go ahead and have a bowl for lunch. This time I used fire roasted diced tomatoes in it, so that constituted as my veggie. I paired a Melba toast with my meal, and ate an apple for a snack a little later.
At dinner, I coated a thin chicken breast in my "Shake 'N Bake" seasoning, and baked it in the oven. I included a stalk of celery on the side, and a piece of toast to finish it off. I was going to have strawberries, but forgot to grab them. So no fruit, once again.
