Day 25 - Round 2

Had a very low key day today with my girl, Lo. It was nice, even though I'm sure I had things to do. But, as a stay home mom, isn't there ALWAYS something that needs or could be done? Never ending :) I'm glad I just spent the day with my little shadow :)

I decided to make a tuna burger for lunch. Pan cooked a tuna patty, and topped with a slice of fresh tomato, sprinkled with salt and pepper. The rest of the tomato was sliced, and seasoned, and ate on the side. I didn't have a toast, or any fruit. I tried having a tangelo, but it didn't taste all that good, so I threw it out.

For dinner, I broiled a steak, and had a Romaine lettuce salad on the side. I actually have an hCG safe vinaigrette dressing from last round, but it's too sweet. However, I'm so very tired of having the same veggies again & again, I sucked it up and added a little to my "salad" with some lemon juice. It was okay. Toast on the side, and strawberries for desert.
