Day 28

Day 28 - Feelings & Such

I must have been worn out from all of the sleepover fun, because I was one pooped Mama. Thankfully, I was able to keep the house clean and tidy even with 3 boys running around constantly, getting into stuff, so I decided to rest as best as I could. I definitely had a lazy Wednesday, and it felt good :)



Day 28 Diet - 500 Calories




By the time lunch came around, I was pretty hungry, so I decided to saute some celery with shrimp. Seasoned it up Cajun style, and it was pretty good! I paired a bread stick & sliced apple to my meal, and I wish I could have had a little more of something since I was still a little hungry afterwards. I'm guessing celery isn't that filling, lol.




For dinner I wanted to make my chicken salad sans the stuffed tomato part. So, I took a little juice and a few diced tomatoes, and mixed it in with my other seasonings for my salad, to give it moisture & more flavor. And this time, I decided to eat the tomato raw, seasoned with salt & pepper for a more down-home-southern kind of feel. I added a piece of toast for dipping {delicious!}, and had my favorite frozen strawberry lemonade :) One of the most filling, and appetizing meals I've had in a while.


Weight loss from Day 27 = 1.2 pounds
