Day 29

Day 29 - Feelings & Such

Park with friends, errands, eating, and feeding the fam is what my day mostly consisted of. Hey, at least I had energy :)



Day 29 Diet - 500 Calories

Since I ended up eating lunch a little late, because of being in town, I was pretty hungry by the time I got to start cooking. So, I quickly cooked one of my pre-weighed & pre-seasoned lean steaks and made steak wraps with single leaves of Romaine lettuce. I paired them with an orange and a piece of toast for a quick meal, that wasn't too bad on the taste buds :)



For dinner I wanted chicken salad again! In fact, I wanted my meal to be exactly the same as the night before, lol. What can I say it's friggin' dee-lish! So, just look at Day 28's dinner pic for an idea of what my most favorite meal looks like :)


Weight loss from Day 28 = 2 pounds
