Day 32 - Feelings & Such
Another busy, busy day. We were supposed to all go as a family and grocery shop first thing in the morning, after grabbing B and the kids a quick breakfast at McDonald's, and before heading to my family's reunion at noon. What we ended up doing was sleeping in 'til 10 (all of us!), and grabbing breakfast for the B and the babes at Debbi's House of Waffles. It was torture on my eyes, and nose, but I made it. Brandon hates us eating out, or just plain eating things I can't have in front of me, but I wish he'd understand that I'll be okay. My biggest concern was delivering on my promise of surprising the boys with breakfast out on Sunday morning. Later on, we made it to the Dean family reunion, and enjoyed a couple of hours with everyone that came. Once we left, we headed down the road a few miles, and stopped by our friend's pool party. We definitely had a blast!
Day 32 Diet - 500 Calories
Once we got back from town, I made myself a quick lunch before packing up, and leaving for our family reunion. I already had some lean hamburger defrosted, so I decided to make a hamburger steak and have cucumber chips, toast, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. It definitely reminded me of summer, and tasted really good :)
I took my dinner to the pool party since they would be grilling, and grilled up a steak to eat along with an apple, and some cherry tomatoes. Since my lunch was a few calories over 250, I didn't eat my toast or bread stick, just to be safe.
Weight loss from Day 31 = 1.2 pounds
