Day 31

Day 31 - Feelings & Such
Today was busy for sure! I had a wedding to photograph at four in the afternoon, so I had a little later lunch to keep me from getting too hungry while there. Once I got home, I decided to go get a pedicure, and treat myself for all of my hard work :) It was amazing! Later, once I got home I had dinner sans my protein.

Day 31 Diet - 500 Calories
Lunch was easy, and good considering the time it took to make it, lol. My very first shrimp meal was the best, but of course, I've realized I can't use the coconut oil I used unless I like gaining. But I digress.. lol. Just regular seasoned shrimp, steamed asparagus, green apple & a bread stick made up my meal before heading to my job.

I got home a little late from the nail shop, so I just decided to munch on my fruit & veggie for dinner. About a cup of strawberries, cup of cucumber, and a bread stick is what I dined on. Oh, and lots of water :)

Weight loss from Day 30 = 0.2 pounds
