Day 36 - Feelings & Such

Little losses are better than no loss at all. I'm afraid that not having lunch yesterday really hurt my loss this morning, but I'm going to try extra hard to make up for it in the end. I've got 8 shots left, and I'm going to make the best of them.



Day 36 Diet - 500 Calories

I decided to use shrimp for lunch, and really wanted to make a soup for a change. So I used 1/2 cup of organic tomato sauce and mixed with my creole flavored shrimp, to make something that tasted like it came straight from the bayou :) Bread stick, and fresh strawberries for a filling little meal.




I wanted a little Asian flair for dinner, so I made steamed chicken & cabbage. It's pretty much the mock egg roll, but without the "roll". Love flavoring it with a little amino acids, to give it a "soy sauce" flavor, but without the stuff I can't have. I added another bread stick, and an orange for delicious "mock" Chinese food.


Weight loss from Day 35 = 0.2 pounds
