Day 35

Day 35 - Feelings & Such
Since I haven't been going weekly to my nutritionist {it's not very convenient, just to go in and weigh}, I decided to go in today, almost 5 weeks since I began my first round. According to their scale I was down 33.4 pounds, but that was with clothes on. When I weighed this morning on my scale, I was down by 35.6 pounds. They told me I was right on track, but I couldn't help but think of the few gains I've had, and thought, yeah but I could've been that much more on track. I have to keep telling myself that at least I've lost, and am still losing. Albeit, it's seeming to taper off some. My goal is to hopefully lose another 10 pounds by June 12th, before I begin Phase 3. Which brings me to the happiest news of my whole day yesterday! While at the nutritionist's office, they gave me info on the last two phases of the diet. I get to eat 6 times a day! Eggs, sausage, and even pickles :) But Phase 4 is the treat, because I can eat a hamburger, bun and all! Ha :)

Day 35 Diet - 500 Calories
Lunch consisted of bottled water. I really couldn't help it this time. I didn't get home from Lufkin until 5:30 this evening. It really stinks that there is absolutely nowhere I can eat while out.. Maybe I'll have to fix that one day :)

I thought I was about to faint from starvation by the time I got home to eat. Just waiting the 10-15 mins to cook my meal was too long. Needless to say I didn't take my time at all scarfing down a lean steak, raw tomato, toast, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. I probably looked like I hadn't eaten in days.. lol.

Weight loss from Day 34 = 1.6 pounds
