Honestly, I was a big pot of cranky today. I have no clue why, but I just wasn't in the best of moods. I don't think it really had anything to do with the diet, so I'm sure I'll be back to myself tomorrow.
Day 10 Diet - 500 Calories
I had green tea, again, finally. This time I made two servings at one time, and instead of drinking it hot, I poured it in a tall glass with ice. Added stevia, and it was good.
For lunch I grilled a fillet of tilapia, and mixed with 2 cups of lettuce to make a salad. It went great with a handful of strawberries, and a breadstick snapped in two.
Dinner was especially delicious, and I wish I could have had just a little more. I decided to take ground beef & shredded cabbage, and make myself a bowl of Spicy Beef & Cabbage. No recipe to follow, but very simple to make. Paired it with a piece of melba toast, and a peeled tangelo for perfection. Can't wait to have this again :)
Weight loss from Day 9 = 1.8 pounds
