Today was a sweet day all around :) The boys were extra loving to me, and B's gift was to help out with anything I needed done in the house. I was in a lot better mood than the day before, thank goodness. The only thing I noticed about myself that I didn't particularly like was that my muscles in my arms were really sore. Almost as if I had been lifting heavy weights all day, and it seemed to make me feel more worn out than usual.
Day 11 Diet - 500 Calories
No coffee or green tea this morning, since again B let me sleep in :)
Dinner was just a slight variation of another of my favorites. Instead of cubing a grilled chicken tenderloin, I decided to wrap the the whole thing in a leaf of lettuce. Fortunately, it took 3 small tenderloins to make up 100 g, so I got to enjoy three small wraps. Of course, you can't forget the spicy brown mustard! A little dab on each makes them sooo good. Finished off my meal with 3/4 of an apple, and a little bit of torn lettuce to fill in the gap.
Weight loss from day 10 = 1.2 pounds
