Day 8

Day 8 - Feelings & Such
I have realized that not getting to bed at a decent time effects my weight loss, so from now on, I gotta go to bed sooner! I know this is getting a little redundant, but honestly, I'm feeling great everyday! Hunger isn't really an issue, unless I go a little too long in between meals, and my cravings are minimum. I will say that the kids' mini corn dogs have never smelt so good as they did last night, lol.

Day 8 Diet - 500 Calories
Like I planned, I enjoyed a cup of coffee for breakfast. Ha, never thought I'd say that.



Found another favorite - Taco Salad!! Thanks Cameron for giving me the idea :) 100 grams of ground lean meat, seasoned with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (mixed in 1/2 cup of water). Tossed the cooked meat in with 2 cups of shredded lettuce, and a crumbled up melba toast, and voila! And the tangelos were delicious, too :) Yo quero who?


Dinner was another little plate of yumminess :) I decided to grill my chicken like I always do, and then smear the tiniest amount (1/8th tsp) of spicy brown mustard ontop before cutting it into cubes. I shredded 2 small leaves of Romaine lettuce, and mixed with the chicken. Then I took the mixture and put inside of another whole leaf of Romaine, and rolled it up. It actually looked more like an ice cream cone, but it tasted delicious! Paired the wraps with a grissini, and a frozen strawberry lemonade to make my whole meal, and I felt very satisfied :) The day just seems so much better when both meals taste perfect!


Weight loss from Day 7 = 1 pound
