Day 11 - Round 2

Emotional day. I feel like I haven't had a decent meal in almost two weeks, and my optimism is running out. Quickly, lol. It doesn't help that it's still my t.o.t.m., and I'll be happy when that's over. Hopefully, my losses will improve, too.

Lunch was really yummy, and I felt silly for crying earlier about how my food wasn't satisfying me. I have had some really good meals, amidst the flops. I just need to take more time in preparation & planning. Anyway, I baked a Tilapia filet, and paired some cooked cabbage, a Melba toast, and a small bowl of fresh strawberries. 

Dinner was disappointing. Grilled chicken, cut up into pieces, and added to shredded lettuce, Melba crumbles, and a touch of spicy brown mustard for a grilled chicken salad. The tangelo was the best part of it all. Sigh.
