Lunch was really yummy, and I felt silly for crying earlier about how my food wasn't satisfying me. I have had some really good meals, amidst the flops. I just need to take more time in preparation & planning. Anyway, I baked a Tilapia filet, and paired some cooked cabbage, a Melba toast, and a small bowl of fresh strawberries.
Dinner was disappointing. Grilled chicken, cut up into pieces, and added to shredded lettuce, Melba crumbles, and a touch of spicy brown mustard for a grilled chicken salad. The tangelo was the best part of it all. Sigh.
