You are probably noticing a pattern by now.. I had chili again, for lunch. I just love it so much. Chili (with tomatoes), and a Melba toast crumbled on top. Perfection.
At dinner time, I heated up one of my Crock Pot chicken breasts, and served it with a sliced tomato, and toast. I had planned to snack on a tangelo while we watched a movie later, but forgot to go grab it.
