Since we had some company drop in unannounced, and right before my lunch time, I just threw a quick taco salad together. Good thing it's so easy to make, and tasty. I decided to make a frozen strawberry lemonade to have with it, and it hit the spot perfectly.
For dinner, I decided to try having broccoli again, and this time with grilled chicken. I definitely enjoyed it a lot more with the grilled vs. "boiled". I did add a Melba toast, which I should have probably kept off my dinner menu, but I did leave out the fruit portion. Since it's my t.o.t.m. and I ate broccoli (which is completely off protocol), I'm not sure if I'll have a loss comparable to what I've been having. But, I should at least see something come off :)
