Day 22 - Feelings & Such

Today I am officially half way through this round! I once again lowered my dosage this morning, this time to 200 IU's. I can't be for sure if lowering the dosage the day before increased my loss this morning, but as long as I'm over the hump, Hallelujah :) Unfortunately, I didn't get around to taking a picture last weekend to compare thus far, however I am happy to say that I am really starting to see the difference just from looking in the mirror. I'm so thankful for the family & friends that have been so supportive along the way, and thank you for all the congratulations and continued well wishes. I appreciate 'em more than you probably know.



Day 22 Diet - 500 Calories

Lunch was pretty freakin' awesome. Loved this meal, and will definitely be repeating this concoction. Spicy mustard shrimp and cabbage, with a bread stick and 1/2 green apple. Delicious and highly recommended :) I'm really loving my re-discovered food experimentation & inspiration.



As soon as I finished lunch, I had a nifty idea for another meal. So I immediately broke out my trusty ol' crock pot, and prepared a steak roast, with asparagus, and let them slow cook for 5-6 hours. The seasonings were absolutely on point, and I have never had such perfect tasting asparagus in my life. I went with a toast as my "bread", and my frozen strawberry lemonade was the cherry on top.

Weight loss from Day 21 = 1.2 pounds
