Day 6

Day 6 - Feelings & Such
I'm feeling great! I seem to have my pep back after a really long time, and I'm lovin' it. The planning & preparing of meals has seemed to take up much of my day, and I feel like I'm having a hard time catching up with everything else that has to be done, too. I know it'll work itself out, and I'm sure I'll be in the swing of things soon. Hopefully.

Day 6 Diet - 500 Calories
Since I had my least amount of weight loss this morning, I decided to skip the coffee & my daily allowance of 1 tbs. of milk. *Sigh* It really has become a life of simple pleasures, lol.


Today, I had grilled round steak, and steamed cabbage for lunch. Added a Melba toast, and a peeled mandarin orange to go along with, and I really enjoyed it. Felt full, despite not eating all of my orange slices, so that's a plus :)


Now, on to my piece de resistance: Mock Cabbage Rolls. Holy crap those babies are good. I can't believe how delicious and filling some cabbage & shredded (grilled) chicken can be!! Of course, I paired my grissini, and green apple with it, and it couldn't have been any more perfect. I will definitely be having this at least once, maybe even twice a week from now on. Even after my HCG diet is long gone :)

Weight loss from Day 5 = 1 pound
